Family Law Education Class – Anchorage
In February 2008, the Ministry of Education of Korea selected 25 universities to open regulation colleges. The whole enrollment for all legislation colleges is capped at 2,000, which is a source of competition between the powerful Korea Bar Association, and citizen teams and school administrators. There is an uproar among the many faculties which did not get the federal government’s approval and even among the many faculties that did get the approval, there may be dissatisfaction because of an especially low enrollment quantity.
Students within the Law and Education Program have opportunities to individualize lots of their curriculum decisions throughout this system. During the second and third years, college students will take a combination of schooling and law programs making sure that both diploma requirements are fulfilled. This usually consists of taking three law faculty lessons and two education courses for two semesters (one tutorial 12 months) and 4 legislation college courses and one training course for two semesters (one academic 12 months). The broad nature of education legislation is addressed in the course ED 705/LL 703 Education Law and Public Policy, which is required for all twin diploma students, regardless of the specific schooling diploma pursued.
Interdisciplinary expertise in legislation and schooling may be invaluable for students dedicated to the pursuit of social justice and quality education for all.
