The judge profession is a legal profession, because in essence it is a service to humans and communities in the field of law. Therefore, judges are required to have high morality and responsibility, all of which are contained in the basic principles of the judge’s code of ethics, including:

This principle states that judicial freedom is a prerequisite for the rule of law and a fundamental guarantee for a fair trial. Therefore, a judge must enforce and set an example of judicial freedom both in individual and institutional aspects.

This principle is very important for the proper implementation of the judiciary. This applies not only to the decision itself but also to the process by which the decision was made.
• Principles of Integrity.
The principle of integrity is very important for the proper implementation of the judiciary with the quality of the professional carrier.
• The Principle of Courtesy.
Politeness and the image of politeness itself are very important in the implementation of all activities of a Judge.
• Principles of Equality.
This principle ensures equal treatment of all people before the court is very important for the implementation of justice as it should be.
• Principles of Competence and Obedience.
The principles of competence and obedience are prerequisites for the proper implementation of the judiciary.
All judges must adhere to these principles in order to maintain respect in the eyes of the community and create justice for the people and be neutral in the eyes of the people at trial.
Apart from that, it was determined that the requirements to become and be dismissed as Judges were stipulated by law. This is intended to provide assurance that judges can carry out their duties seriously and have independence, independently, regardless of the influence of government power or other powers in society.
The existence of an ethical guideline and judge behavior is very much needed in order to maintain and uphold honor and dignity, as well as judge behavior. Ethical guidelines and judge behavior are the core inherent in the judge profession, because it is a code of conduct that contains ethical and moral values, to create a court as stated above is not easy due to various obstacles. These obstacles arise from, among others, within the judiciary itself, especially those related to the ineffective internal supervision and the tendency to increase various forms of abuse of power by judges.
