Whoever in wartime commits any of the crimes talked about in the previous two paragraphs shall be given a heavier punishment. Where an worker of a unit within the commerce of motels, in the catering or entertainment providers, or within the taxi companies, informs law-breakers of a public safety organ’s plan to ferret out or cope with activities of prostitution or whoring, if the circumstances are critical, he shall be convicted and punished in accordance with the provisions of Article 310 of this Law.
