Accessory penalties of the same sort shall be executed on a consolidated foundation, whereas these of different varieties shall be executed separately. Any legal who performs such meritorious companies as exposing an offence committed by one other, which is verified by way of investigation, or producing essential clues for solving other circumstances may be given a lighter or mitigated punishment. Any criminal who performs main meritorious companies could also be given a mitigated punishment or be exempted from punishment. A felony suspect who truthfully confesses to his crime may be given a lighter penalty although there is no voluntary give up as talked about in the preceding two paragraphs; and could also be given a mitigated penalty if any particularly critical consequence is avoided for his truthful confession. Confiscation of property refers back to the confiscation of part or all the property personally owned by a felony. Where confiscation of all the property of a criminal is imposed, the amount necessary for the day by day expenses of the legal himself and the members of the family supported by him shall be taken out.
