The League helps the event of visitors laws that ensure the fair and consistent remedy of cyclists. We do not currently have a position on “Idaho stop” and “useless purple” legal guidelines. Our core ideas embody following the foundations of the street including all site visitors signs, alerts, and markings. “Idaho cease” and “useless pink” legal guidelines may have many constructive benefits and have not been proven to be dangerous, but are presently not widespread.
Whether a bicycle can be legally ridden on a sidewalk highlights the sophisticated and hybrid nature of the bicycle under present site visitors legal guidelines in most states.
