Divorce in Islam is something that is not liked by Allah but there is also no prohibition for Muslims who want to divorce. The growth in the divorce rate at the end of the year has greatly increased when viewed from the data on cases that have been submitted to the courts, both in religious courts and in district courts.

The reasons for people filing for divorce vary widely, and even some filed for divorce, even though the age of their marriage is still relatively young, some have not yet reached the age of 1 year of marriage who have filed for divorce, this is due to the immature level of maturity of those who have married at a young age.
The problem that often arises after divorce is child custody. Many of those who divorce have to fuss over child custody issues. The desire to have child custody is coveted by couples who divorce both women and men.
