An official who in the discharge of his duties conducts an illegal search of an house, premise or particular person, shall be punished by imprisonment for a term exceeding three months however not exceeding three years. An official who, within the discharge of his duties and without authorization, enters into another person’s apartment or closed premises or fails to depart them upon request by an authorized individual, shall be punished by imprisonment for a time period exceeding three months however not exceeding three years.
